Terms of Use

Effective September 2, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of globalstackusa.com (the “Site”), operated by Global Stack USA (“Global Stack USA,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Informational Purpose Only

The content on the Site is provided for general information about Global Stack USA and its proposed infrastructure model. It is not professional, legal, financial, engineering, or investment advice, and it should not be relied upon as such.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, a binding commitment, a signed partnership, a government endorsement, a final site selection, or a project approval. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security.

2. Projections and Forward-Looking Statements

Figures relating to potential sites, investment, jobs, capabilities, timing, and outcomes are projections and planning estimates based on a phased statewide concept. They are not commitments, guarantees, or executed agreements, and they are subject to site-by-site evaluation, partner selection, financing, public-agency decisions, and conditions outside our control. Actual results may differ materially.

Where capabilities are described as planned, proposed, potential, conceptual, or under evaluation, that distinction applies. We undertake no obligation to update forward-looking statements.

3. Conceptual and Representative Imagery

Images identified as conceptual or representative illustrate potential infrastructure categories, operational uses, and planning concepts only. They are not site plans, architectural designs, environmental analyses, or representations of final conditions at any fairground. Additional disclosures appear in our Project Status & Visualizations notice, which is incorporated into these Terms.

4. Public Agencies and Partnerships

Any potential project remains subject to applicable public-agency decision-making, environmental review, permitting, public participation, and consideration of alternatives and mitigation. Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as limiting the discretion of any public agency to modify, approve, disapprove, or take no action regarding a potential project.

Any partnership requires a separate, formal written agreement. A non-binding Memorandum of Understanding creates no financial commitment, construction obligation, or legal liability for any party.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, renderings, and design, are owned by or licensed to Global Stack USA and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal or internal informational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without our prior written permission.

Third-party names and logos that appear on the Site, including those of partner organizations, are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or for identification only.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates applicable law; to submit false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful content through the contact form; to use automated means to scrape the Site or to send bulk or repeated submissions; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system; or to interfere with the Site’s operation or security. We may restrict or block access to protect the Site and its users.

7. Submissions

Information you send through the contact form or by email is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential or proprietary information unless we have agreed to receive it under a written confidentiality agreement. We are under no obligation to respond to, act on, or compensate anyone for unsolicited ideas or proposals.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and information on the Site may contain errors or omissions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Stack USA and its officers, directors, employees, advisors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case these limitations apply to the extent permitted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
