Privacy Policy
Effective September 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Global Stack USA (“Global Stack USA,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit globalstackusa.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you use the contact form or email us, we collect the information you choose to share, such as your name, organization, title, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information about visits, including IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. Our contact form endpoint also processes the IP address of each submission briefly, in memory, to prevent spam and abuse.
Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate Site traffic, such as which pages are visited and from which countries or regions. It does not use cookies and is designed not to track individual visitors across websites.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, payment information, or precise geolocation through the Site.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry; to evaluate potential fairground, agency, technology, and investment relationships; to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site; to prevent fraud, spam, and abuse; and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not sell personal information.
3. How We Share Information
Service providers. We rely on a small number of providers that process information on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality obligations: Vercel Inc. hosts the Site and provides its analytics, and Resend delivers transactional email such as inquiry notifications and confirmations.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Global Stack USA, our partners, or the public.
Business transfers. If Global Stack USA is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell personal information and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
4. Cookies and Tracking
The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, browser signals such as Global Privacy Control or “Do Not Track” do not change how the Site behaves.
5. Data Retention
We keep contact submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to evaluate or document a potential relationship, and afterwards as required by law or legitimate business needs, such as record-keeping. IP addresses used for spam prevention are held only briefly. You may request deletion at any time as described below.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request that we correct or delete it, to receive it in a portable format, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended.
To exercise any of these rights, email inquiry@globalstackusa.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
8. Children
The Site is intended for a general and professional audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party services such as Instagram and Facebook. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
11. Contact Us
